L’initiative n’a aucun but lucratif, elle est éducative et ludique. Elle cherche à faire reconnaître les Droits des enfants en matière de services radio.
L’instigateur
Depuis l’an 2000, Michel Delorme se consacre à la radio enfant et a également initié la pratique de radio enfant en milieu scolaire. Pendant 15 ans, il a produit de la radio avec des enfants de partout au Canada et dans le monde.
